Personally I feel that getting UT2004 is essential anyway, quite possibly one of the best games ever released and a great starting point for some hugely fun mods. I think you can pick it up for under a tenner nowadays and it is a tenner well spent. Just try and find the 'Unreal Anthology' which has Unreal, Unreal 2, Unreal Tournament, and Unreal Tournament 2004 ... you can usually pick that up for £9.99.Joosebug wrote:looking at the games list and UT2004 being at the top, does this mean all the tournement games, matches were u win prizes will be mostly on this game, or the most popular games. or at least shed some light on the whole tournement system please. cos this means i should buy UT2004 now or not really.
thanks

I believe Savage1 is all free but the online version of Savage2 is not. However I believe the free Savage2 download is all you need to play on a LAN (hurrah!). You only need to activate/pay-for-it in order to play online, which is only $30 anyway...bargain.
Call of Juarez is also a great game (£20 to download or free demo). The demo is good for Lanage.
