i paid for LL17, and when i use the ticket it says its in use
even though it is not. So..could someone please confirm the payment so i can choose my seat?

Looks like you've got two shop accounts?
The latest ticket was bought with shop account tied to your hotmail address.
Previously, it was tied to the shop account owned by Mrs Buck.
I'll change the association, you go see if you get the ticket appear in your Tickets page.
